Paperback Writer: The Beatles Experience
Back by popular demand, Paperback Writer: The Beatles Experience returns to the Townehouse stage for another unforgettable evening. This internationally acclaimed tribute band brings the magic of The Beatles to life with hits from every era—from the Ed Sullivan Show to the rooftops of Let It Be.
Enjoy free admission, great food and drinks, senior seating, and good vibes. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and join the fun.

RoseMarie Herzig
Originally from Los Angeles, RoseMarie is the youngest of nine children and brings warmth, humor, and a love for family, sports, and card games to our community. A former HR professional and ESL teacher, she’s already embracing life at the Townehouse with a full heart and joyful spirit.
Barbara Gardner
Barbara’s journey took her from Portland to D.C. to L.A.—where she ran her own PR firm before working in patient advocacy for 17 years. Now retired in Ventura, she’s enjoying the next chapter of life close to her son and new friends at the Townehouse.
Baerbel “Bibi” Nelles
Born in Germany and trained as a commercial pilot, Bibi’s adventurous spirit led her from Hawaii to Pasadena to Orange County. After raising two daughters and traveling the skies with her late husband, she’s now enjoying a well-deserved, activity-filled retirement with us.
Shel Secunda
A celebrated photographer and visual artist, Shel has captured icons from Meryl Streep to Muhammad Ali, with works exhibited worldwide. Now focused on art photography and music (he plays the flute), we’re honored to welcome this talented storyteller to our community.
Employee of the Month: Araceli Vargas
Please join us in congratulating Araceli Vargas, our August Employee of the Month. Araceli serves as a dedicated caregiver in our Memory Care community. She brings kindness and compassion to every interaction and loves going on walks with residents. A proud mom of five, she lives in Santa Paula and is eagerly awaiting the arrival of her first grandchild.
