Congratulations to Michelle Block – February Employee of the Month

My favorite thing about working at the Townehouse is that no two days are ever the same. Each day brings different challenges, which keeps the work interesting and rewarding. One of the biggest surprises for me in Memory Care was working as a caregiver after being hired as a concierge. It’s been a meaningful and unexpected part of my journey here. Outside of the Townehouse, I enjoy pet sitting and scrapbooking. I absolutely love animals!
