February at the Townehouse
February is American Heart Month—a time to focus on heart health and healthy habits. At Ventura Townehouse, we’re proud to promote heart-healthy living through our programs, events, and lifestyle choices.
Our exercise and wellness offerings this month include:
- Daily Sit and Fit with Frank—gentle fitness for all levels
- Music & Movement with Leslie—cardio fun on Saturdays
- Neuro Fit with Pam—Mondays & Wednesdays at 11am, plus Balance Class Wednesdays at 11am
- Tai Chi with Anne—Thursdays at 3pm in the Vista Room
- Chair Yoga with Melisa—Mondays at 1pm in the Vista Room
- Use our fitness center or enjoy walks in the gardens at your own pace

Valentine’s Day Dinner
Join us February 14th for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner prepared by Chef Bryan.
February Outings
- Sunday, February 1: Ventura County Band concert at Ventura High School. Depart at 2pm.
- Wednesday, February 4: Lunch outing to Wood Ranch. Meet in the Lobby at 11am.
- Wednesday, February 18: Movie outing—film to be chosen closer to date.
- Wednesday, February 25: Bargain shopping outing with Nancee. Depart at 10:30am.
Super Bowl Party
Sunday, February 8 at 3pm in the Dining Room Lounge. Join us for the big game, plus beer, soda, chips, and nachos!
