Our property is located in midtown Ventura which puts us in close proximity to shopping, medical centers, and the homes of many of our resident’s families. We schedule daily outings to different sections of Ventura, so residents can shop, visit friends and family, and take care of any errands and personal business as they see fit. This is a quiet neighborhood and our community is set back away from streets, traffic, and the general public. Our discreet location adds privacy and comfort that our residents enjoy.
Choices for personal residences
Our elegant suites are available in a variety of sizes, layouts, and prices, starting from only $3795. Our premier option takes things a step further with a spacious walk-in closet and outdoor patio, while our grand layout offers 2 full bathrooms and a separate living room. Each suite is tastefully decorated with sophisticated décor, contemporary furnishings, and beautiful views, resulting in a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere.
Between our Tower Suites, Garden Villas, and Cottage Apartments, we have a variety of personal residences to accommodate residents in different programs. The Tower Suites come in a few configurations of studios and apartments with kitchenettes, bathrooms, spacious closets and balconies.
The Garden Villas have similar accommodations but have quiet patios since they’re on the lower level.
The Cottage Apartments are reserved for residents in our memory care program and have similar amenities to our other residences.
Our residents and their families love that all of our spaces are modern, tasteful, comfortable, and safe.

We invest greatly in providing excellent meals which are restaurant quality, catered, and professionally prepared by chefs. We also provide great variety in our meals so that there is something for everyone. We also have extensive activities including music rooms and musical instruments, recreational rooms, exercise areas, and many lounge areas. We really do create the comforts of home and go even further by providing luxuries some of our residents haven’t experienced very often.
