Meet Victoria Secor, Our New Move-In Coordinator

“I am thrilled to join the Ventura Townehouse team! My journey in senior care began as a CNA, but it became deeply personal when I left the workforce to become a full-time caregiver for my grandmother during her battle with dementia. After her passing, I knew my heart belonged to senior living. I am passionate about helping people navigate new chapters with ease and compassion. Outside of work, I stay busy as a dedicated “sports mom” to my three children. As a family, we love shopping, dining out, exploring local museums and the beauty of nature.”
