It is with great pleasure to introduce our new Ventura Townehouse marketing team; Nancee Borgnine and Harvey Marasigan. They joined our team on October 26, 2020, are acclimating very well, and are a great addition to the Townehouse. We are looking forward to their skillset and expertise. Thank you for the open arms and warm welcomes everyone has extended during the last month.

Though having worked in senior living previously and now being given the opportunity to be a part of the team at the Townehouse, Nancee’s early career was a bit different from most. She grew up in the entertainment industry as the daughter of Academy Award-winning actor, Ernest Borgnine. Initially, she followed the family business and became a theatrical agent, film producer, and PR/marketing executive for a gifting suites company that catered to the various awards shows.

Her interest and passion in senior living came quite by accident when she began visiting her friend’s parents living in an assisted living community. They began frequently inviting her for visits since they enjoyed her company and she made them laugh. Nancee realized that not only did she make a difference in their lives but spending time with the residents was most definitely making a difference in her life as well!

As Nancee says, she found her second career helping seniors and their families understand all that senior living has to offer. She continuously enjoys the next chapter of their lives, which includes making new friends, sharing with their peers, staying active, being connected, and thriving with a balanced lifestyle. Nancee quotes, “Nothing brings me more pleasure than being in a community and hearing the laughter of residents who are truly enjoying themselves and connecting with newfound friends.”

Harvey has been fortunate enough to work in the senior living industry since 2002, beginning his career as a caregiver. The story goes; his cousin asked him to work a weekend shift for him, and voila; that is all it took. From caregiver, he quickly moved into sales. Not only did he enjoy caregiving for seniors, but also helping seniors find a place to call home. In his last eight years, he worked for a large-scale senior living company beginning as a sales assistant and quickly becoming the Director of Sales. With his success, the company allowed him to lead 3 communities in their portfolio over the last 6 years as the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Harvey knows this is his calling. He has gravitated towards seniors his whole life.

Please welcome aboard Nancee and Harvey!
